What Is The 360 Healthy Choices Program? Healthy Eating-Healthy Kids

Healthy Choices Is:

A comprehensive 8-week Weight Management, Health & Fitness Training Plan designed specifically for children.

A Dedicated Staff Including:

  • Registered Dietician
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • Certified Children’s Fitness Specialist
  • Certified Youth and Teen Fitness   Instructor
  • B.S. in Physical Education and Competitive Body Building

Weekly Meetings Include :
  • Educational material *Meal Planning
  • Shopping list* Recipes *Healthy snack options
  • Status Reports for family and physician including:
  • BMI
  • Girth measurements
  • Fitness assessment

Complete Assessment Including:
  • Assessment of current nutritional  habits
  • Assessment of each child’s likes and interests
  • Personalized fitness program designed to:
  • Improve total body conditioning
  • Increase awareness and enjoyment of exercise
  • Increase fitness level
  • Unlimited Gym andNutrition Classes for the full 8 weeks

Our Certified Nutrition Specialists

Meet 360 's Tiffany Rios

B.S., Rutgers Univ.,
Clinical Registered Dietician.

Tiffany is excited to be a part of 360’s nutrition program teaching children how to make Healthy Choices and starting at the beginning on disease prevention and awareness. She brings her experience from her employment with the Women Infants and Children program (WIC) where she taught expectant mothers and young children about good nutrition and healthy eating habits.



Meet Camp 360's Joy Russomano
BA, BS, Drexel University; Registered Dietician.

Joy is a Registered Dietitian with a degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Drexel University.  Joy specializes in weight management and various aspects of food including the preparation and nutritional analysis of recipes.  Currently, Joy is a private counselor and personal nutritionist.  With extensive experience as a nutritionist for the Philadelphia Department of Public Health Joy has created various programs and worked directly with the community for the Department of Early Childhood, Youth and Women's Health
